Mohammad graduated from Tehran Azad University majoring in software engineering. He started programming with Pascal and Foxbase many years before. He started working at that same university as an accounting and payroll systems developer during in his first year of study in 1994. He continued to work in the IT industry in Iran for 5 years before he immigrated to Canada in 2003. He joined Neo Code Software in 2007 as a junior programmer and quickly became one of the company's senior developers. He is also the champion of The Neo Code 2007 Go Kart Tournament!

Paul has been creating FileMaker Pro database solutions since attending Simon Fraser University in 1997. In 2003, his professional career began as an in-house developer for Western Post Productions. As a freelance developer, Paul developed solutions for film & television companies such as Keystone Entertainment & Tarlington Talent and was asked to travelled to London, England, where he developed a custom solution for Vanguard Animation. Kenzo became a professional FileMaker developer in 1999. He worked with SI Corporation in Japan and most of his clients were Japanese organizations
funded by the Japanese government. He developed solutions for ODA (Official Development Assistance) field. This field covered project planning, budgeting,
human resource and knowledge management solutions.
He was also involved in development in the medical field which covered patient profiles, medical histories, and case repository management.
After he immigrated to Canada in 2006, he developed a solution in the tourism industry for the largest local tour agent which covered tour booking, hotel reservation and tour operation management.
He joined Neo Code Software Ltd. in 2008. He is involved in a variety of projects such as FileMaker solution development, CMS web site development
and Pentaho business intelligence solutions.

David started playing with computers from age 12, upgrading and building systems for himself and his friends as soon as he could afford to buy parts. He graduated from the University of Queensland in 2004 with a Bachelor of Information Environments, a diverse degree which covered a range of computer disciplines from both the Computer Science and Graphic Design. Straying from pure IT David spend the next 2 years Account Managing for two computer parts distributors in Brisbane. Moving to Melbourne in 2006, David continued working in sales, but in the steel industry with Greer Industries. While primarily focusing on sales he also took on IT roles such as Co-Developing the company's website, creating marketing materials and also in-house computer tech work. Moving to Concept Wire Industries early 2008, David continued in sales initially but quickly stepped away from selling to focus solely on implementing SAP Business One for the company who partnered with CitiXsys Melbourne on the project which was completed in time for the Christmas break. Having applied for and received a Working VISA for Canada early 2008 and now finished the implementation with Concept Wire, David was finally ready to leave Australia and seek to continue his career in Vancouver, Canada. Mid March 2009 David started the next chapter in his career with Neo Code Software initially in a Technical Support role.

He used to deploy projects while doing consulting work for various companies. After obtaining his LPI Certifications, he later decided to work as a Unix consultant for Eastern Telecoms - a major Telecom company in the Philippines providing broadband and WIFI services. His major accomplishments include: High Availability Clustering on web, RAS, and DB services using Beowulf and piranha, Unix Single Sign-On using LDAP, etc.

Josh began developing programs early. At 12 he wrote an invoicing package for the TRS-80 for a Vancouver film company. At 14 he joined Infomax Computers, where he worked for Bijan Sanii - servicing and selling Apple //c's, Macs, and Compaqs, in addition to learning dbase III. After studying cognitive science at Simon Fraser University he joined Canada Computer Paper Inc., publisher of The Computer Paper. He quickly rose through the ranks to become Manager of Information Services where he was responsible for over 70 desktop computers and a dozen servers, across five cities in Canada. He developed a system that allowed editors to put their work directly onto the Internet and to schedule when it would appear on the web site. In 1998, he began HomeBase Internet Publishing Ltd, with Doug Alder to offer Mac based web hosting and development services. In 2002, with Doug's help, Joshua aquired many of HomeBases assets and started Neo Code Software Ltd. Since then, he has managed on hundreds of database and web-related projects, specializing on web site automation for associations, publishers, and manufacturers. He especially likes hosted platform based custom development projects. He can occassionally be heard on CBC Radio, and seen on the Lab with Leo.
