When you purchase Neo Code Solutions we become part of your team. Some companies have IT departments with the skills and desire to learn about maintaining our software, others want the opportunity to learn. Whichever the case, Neo Code offers packages of hours that allow you to decide how much you spend in training, support or customization. Our staff will work with you however you choose to make your project a success.

What special hardware is required to run this application? Do you offer hosting?

Neo Code solutions work on both Macs and PC’s but you will need to have an internet connection. Will Neo Code hold me “hostage” for constant patches and hot fixes so my “solution” will run properly? Will I need to upgrade every 2 years?

Neo Code Software delivers a system that is a well-honed tool. Publish Button’s Order Processing has been up and running and working for a number of companies already for the past 3 years.

If you have rented the license (month to month contract) gives us one month’s notice and your contract will be ended. If you have purchased you license, you may cancel at anytime and your warranty will extend for 30 days after cancellation. With developer training your staff will be able to manage your system without Neo Code.

How will Publish Button Order Processing integrate with my current back office?

Publish Button’s Order Processing is able to work with your current back office as much or as little as you want it to. Our solution can run independently or we can customize to integrate with your current programs. Publish Button’s Order Processing supports Ariba CXML.
